    Install

    Upload the plugin in WordPress under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then activate it.

  2. 02

    Connect

    Under WooCommerce → Semantic Search, paste your store ID and API key and press “Test connection”.

  3. 03

    Sync

    Press “Sync all products”. After that, every change syncs automatically. Tick “Instant search” and you’re live.

Frequently asked questions

Will it slow down my store?
It’s built not to. Product changes are sent in the background at the end of each request, so saving products in wp-admin isn’t held up. Search runs on our servers, not your hosting, and suggestions appear as shoppers type. If our service is ever unreachable, the suggestions panel hides and your theme’s normal search keeps working.
What data leaves my site?
Only the product information needed for search: name, SKU, description, attributes, categories, tags, price, stock status, image and product URL. We never receive customer or order data. The text shoppers type into search is sent to our service to find matches. See the privacy policy for details.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. The plugin attaches to the search boxes your theme already has, including classic widgets, block themes and the WooCommerce product search. No template edits are needed, and colours can be adjusted to match your theme.
What happens if I go over my plan?
You get an email and a notice in WordPress at 80% of your product limit and again when you go over. New products keep being indexed for a 10% grace margin; after that, new products wait until you upgrade. Existing products keep updating and search never stops.
What do I need to run it?
WordPress 6.4+, WooCommerce 8+ and PHP 7.4+.
